- Started Randall Hall, Inc. (RHI) a Build/Remodeling company in 1981
- Started RHI Remodeling, Inc. a Design/Build/Remodeling company in 1987, presently doing business as Randall Hall Design/Build/Remodeling
- Joined the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Dallas in 1985
- Chairman of its Remodeling Council 1988-91
- President of HBA of Greater Dallas Association in 2002
- Currently a Life Director on the HBA Board of Directors
- Joined the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) of Greater Dallas in 1987
- President of NARI of Greater Dallas Association in 1993
- Currently on NARI of Greater Dallas Board of Directors
- Served on the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Remodelors Council at the National level
- CGR Board of Governors – 1998-2003
